This notice describes the Aftercrop marketing website, operated by Konic. It does not describe data handling inside the Aftercrop software or a customer’s cold storage account.

The short versionThe demo form prepares a message in your browser. It does not save a lead with us, send an enquiry, or book a demo. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send the message there.

1. What you enter on the demo page

The message builder asks for your name, cold storage name and location. Your role and a short description of what you want to discuss are optional. Please do not include private customer information, financial records, passwords or other sensitive information.

The form is processed in your browser. This site has no lead-capture endpoint or database, and does not send these field values to Konic. It does not save the form in cookies, local storage or session storage. Your browser may independently retain entries through autofill, page restoration or clipboard features.

2. The WhatsApp handoff

When a contact number is configured, you can review the prepared message and choose “Open WhatsApp”. That link passes the message to WhatsApp as part of the link address. WhatsApp may process it when the link opens, before you press Send. The link may also appear in your browser history.

You must press Send in WhatsApp to send the enquiry to our team. A draft, a copied message, or a click on the link is not a confirmed appointment. If no contact number is configured, this site shows that status and does not offer a WhatsApp destination.

WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Information you choose to send there is handled by that service and becomes part of our conversation with you.

3. Information you send us

If you send a message to Konic through WhatsApp, we receive the information you send and the contact information WhatsApp makes available. We use that conversation to respond to your enquiry, discuss your operation and arrange any agreed next steps. This website does not automatically add you to a mailing list.

You can ask about or request deletion of your enquiry by replying in that conversation. Deleting a copy held by us does not necessarily delete copies held by WhatsApp or on your own device.

4. Website requests, cookies and third parties

This website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, a chat widget, or tracking cookies. Fonts and illustrations are served with the site rather than loaded from an external font service.

Like other websites, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL and access time, to deliver and protect the site. Those technical requests are separate from the browser-only demo form.

External services are only visited when you follow their links. Their own policies apply when you leave this website.

5. Questions and updates

For a privacy question about an enquiry you have sent, reply in your existing WhatsApp conversation with Konic. You can also open a WhatsApp conversation.

We will update this notice if the website’s data handling changes. Any future lead storage or analytics would need to be reflected here.
